I sent this link to my friend Scott at Regator last night… and, as I found it this morning as one of my 20 open windows this morning, I opted to click play. I have not watched this video in quite a while and as I watched my little baby sit in his diapers picking out the states in alphabetical order while singing…I had a wave of emotion. Not as the typical “proud mommy” because yes…he’s just so dag cute…but YA’LL - the real message that hit me and that I want to convey NOW is:
Where does the time go? He will be turning 6 yrs old in June. He was just barely 2 here…What have YOU done in the last 4 years to be better, do better, love better. ARE YOU HAPPY? There’s still time to be what and who you want to be….Don’t be stagnant. Don’t be comfortable. I’m talking to both of us. :)
Make the Most of your time…
Be in love with something…and let it inspire you. Will you tell me what it is? I’d love to hear.
